Suzanne Diamond founded The Diamond Group, Ltd. in 1996 after 15 years of agency, product management and research experience with consumer and financial services.
The Diamond Group, Ltd. has extensive experience working with the leading entertainment, media, Internet, technology and financial companies. Through focus groups, in-depth interviews, in-home and in-store observational research, and usability studies, The Diamond Group has provided insight for ABC Television Networks, NBC-Universal, Comcast, FOX Broadcasting Company, FX, the New York Times, Starz Entertainment Group, Time Warner, and TV Guide Magazine.
The Diamond Group provides expertise in trend identification, audience segmentation, barrier analysis, brand development, brand assessment, corporate image, competitive intelligence, concept development, consumer behavior, ethnographic research, ideation, needs assessment, new market development, product reintroduction/redesign/ repositioning, market strategy, and usability studies.
A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Ms. Diamond has an extensive background understanding consumer behavior, brands and the marketing of intangibles and services. She has been featured on CNBC moderating group discussions and providing analysis on leading brands. She continues to create new research techniques to probe audience and customer attitudes, lifestyle, motivations, and decision making processes. Ms. Diamond also brings a thorough understanding of quantitative research and database analysis to her qualitative studies. Because of this, she is able to work with clients beyond the scope of a project, to assist with strategy development, and to ensure that recommendations are actionable and practical.
Ms. Diamond, a Lecturer in Marketing at the Wharton School, has been published in, “The Psychology of Fashion: From Conception to Consumption”. She also wrote and helped produce the videotape, “How to Optimize Your Stock Portfolio with Options”. A member of AMA, QRCA, CTAM, CPSI, and the Wharton Alumni Association, Ms. Diamond was a Board member of Bread Upon the Water and The Career Wardrobe. Today, she works with a number of nonprofit organizations and coordinates service learning projects with elementary school students to benefit Philadelphia area charities. |
